1. Ticket Usage
- Season tickets are non-transferable without club approval
- Each ticket admits one person per match
- Resale above face value is prohibited
- Lost tickets may be reissued with RM20 admin fee
2. Stadium Regulations
- All attendees must comply with FA Malaysia stadium rules
- Club reserves right to revoke tickets for misconduct
- No alcohol or controlled substances permitted
- Persons under 12 must be accompanied by adult
3. Data Protection
By purchasing you agree to:
- Collection of personal data for security purposes
- Receiving club communications (opt-out available)
- Photographic/video recording for promotional use
4. Force Majeure
The club is not liable for:
- Match postponements/cancellations due to weather
- League schedule changes
- Government-mandated capacity restrictions
- Acts of terrorism or pandemics
5. Governing Law
All transactions are governed by Sarawak state law. Disputes must be filed in Kuching courts within 90 days of purchase.
