1. Digital Tickets
All digital season ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges except for:
- Event cancellation
- Duplicate purchases
- Verified system errors
2. Physical Merchandise
Return conditions for included items:
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused with original packaging
- Customer bears return shipping costs
- Defective items will be replaced at our expense
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued:
- Credit/debit card purchases: 7-10 business days
- E-wallet payments: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
4. Special Circumstances
Exceptions may be made for:
- Medical emergencies (with documentation)
- Military deployment
- Natural disasters affecting attendance
