All season tickets are delivered digitally via email within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive:
- PDF ticket attachment
- Mobile-compatible ticket
- Unique QR code for stadium entry
2. Physical Merchandise
For Platinum and Gold packages including physical items:
- Processing time: 7-10 business days
- Delivery time: 10-14 business days within Sarawak
- West Malaysia: 10-16 business days
- Tracked via Pos Laju with SMS notification
3. Failed Deliveries
If you don't receive your digital ticket within 24 hours:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify your email address was entered correctly

4. Matchday Collection
Alternative collection options:
- Stadium ticket office (open 2 hours before match)
- Club headquarters (weekdays 9AM-5PM)
- Requires government-issued ID matching purchase details
